As a general rule we dispatch orders Sunday to Friday. Friday orders may be delayed for Sunday dispatch depending on the time the order is received and payment status. If you wish to check a likely dispatch time and hence delivery time then please call on our normal number. You will receive an email from us when the order is placed, and again when it is dispatched (if you do not receive these emails then please check your internet filter settings and spam folders). If you need an order by a definite day then please consider Courier service as Royal Mail delivery options are not guaranteed (this is a Royal Mail issue). Any order which is lost by Royal Mail cannot be deemed lost until the full Royal Mail wait time has expired. Once this has occurred we will arrange for replacement and insurance claims. All orders are dispatched to the address given at time of ordering. It is the responsibility of the customer to recover any order which are sent to an incorrect address supplied. At our discretion we may upgrade the postage method on orders (for free) when an order is high value, or contains end of line. You will be informed of any upgrades on your dispatch email.

* Returns *

Please make your selections carefully. Since much of the value of a magic trick lies in its secret, we are unable to offer ANY refunds on products once they have been opened, unless they are faulty or damaged. In line with current legislation we do allow a "cooling off" period where you may cancel your order without giving a reason, providing we are notified of the cancellation via email within seven working days of receipt of order AND the item reaches us in its original, unopened condition. We are unable however to refund any postage & packing costs for cancelled orders. We will also refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within seven days of receipt of order. Should you have any product which needs to be returned, you must first email us quoting your order reference and a brief explanation of the problem. Like most other magic shops, we do not allow any item to be returned, refunded or exchanged for a different item. In exceptional circumstances, refunds are given at the discretion of the management.

Items damaged by customer will not be replaced but we will replace any defective items that arrives already broken or nonfunctioning. When selling magic items we are also selling the "secret" to the trick. Sometimes a trick will be purchased only find out the secret, then returned, this is another reason there are no returns on magic items.

If you receive a defective item (one that arrives already broken or nonfunctioning), notify us by e-mail at:* Admin *: within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will give you instructions for returning the item for replacement. We will replace a defective item with another of the same item. In certain cases we may choose to refund the defective items instead. Due to the abuse of this policy by customer's attempts to return items broken while using the tricks improperly, claims of damaged or defective items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

There is no refund or exchange on items that you break. Some tricks are delicate in their design, and can be easily broken if you don't know how to handle them. Please read the instructions carefully before working with your new trick.
